Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy for Package

• Child below 5 Yrs will be complimentary.
•  Above 8 Yrs will be considered as Extra Bed.
•  Prices valid from 01st April 2016 to 31st March 2017. 
•  Prices valid for minimum 02, 04, 06, 08 & 10 pax traveling together in one vehicle.   
• 100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts.
•  Payment in Leh office should be Cash Only.
•  Final Confirmation will be provided on full payment.
•  Vehicle Provided as per mention tour plan (Point to Point Basis only)
•  No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.

Cancellation Policy for Land Package.

•    10% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days prior to the tour.
•    25% cancellation charges if cancelled within 20 days prior to the tour.
•    50% cancellation charges if cancelled within 10 days prior to the tour.
•    No refund for tour starting within 10 days, after starting or middle of the tour.  

Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets

You can cancel domestic flight bookings as per the Airlines cancellation policy for the issued fare. Overlandesape.com will charge a Service charge of INR 250+GST per person per sector for Domestic Ticket & INR 1000+GST per person per sector for International Ticket over and above Airlines Cancellation Policy.

For Non-Refundable Tickets, below Cancellation Policy would be applicable.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation policy would be applicable as mentioned above.
• Cancellation request to be raised between 10am-8pm only (Monday-Saturday) & 10am-4pm (Sunday). Any request raised after the mentioned timings will be reverted on the next working day.
• It might take 5-7 working days for processing Refund.
• Payment Gateway charges are Non-Refundable & Non-Adjustable.

What are the cancellation/amendment charges?

Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account.

Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fees are payable as follows. For all domestic bookings cancelled online, standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline shall apply. In addition, OverlandEscape.com will charge Rs. 250+GST per person per sector for domestic flights and Rs 1000+GST per person per sector for international flights per booking as cancellation /amendment service fee from its customers for cancellation handled by OverlandEscape.com call center. The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and OverlandEscape.com assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.

Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact OverlandEscape.com for refunds and the airline will not refund your tickets booked on the Website. The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refunds would be through cheque or demand draft.
