It is indeed a beautiful lake situated amidst bizarre stones and mountains caped in greeneries. Our journey towards this holy Lake is really rough, because the road is all dust, rocky and bumpy, yet it is like any other adventure is always worth the risk. It is indeed so beautiful and so calm. Situated at 4290mts elevation, Chantratal Lake is 14 km away from Batal, where we have our lunch. It Took 10 to 15 minute walk from parking area to Lake. Actually it depends to the timing you consume whilst walking to the lake, as the surrounding greeneries, naturally craft stones, mountain and the strange plant will surely lure you into taking more photographs and leave you in total amazement.
